Overview:

Following years of abandonment, in December, 2015, the Roles Family placed the parcels including and surrounding the Phoenix Trotting Park, on the market.

Listing Overview

In the years leading up to listing the parcels, several inquiries had been unanswered regarding potential renovation and re-purposing of the facility.     Now, with the listing, the timing is accelerated to both preserve the building for its historic value and, thereafter, dedicate a plan to purchase, restore and renovate it.
