OC Collaborations

SG & Associates is accelerating its efforts to assist area non-profits better resource their needs and expedite their delivery to those awaiting.    All of this, please, with no increase, and preferably, a decrease in staffing and expenses.    There are many ways to accomplish these goals, similar to any 'for profit':

  1. Increase effectiveness of existing team to accomplish same (or more) with equal or less staffing
  2. Increase inflow of monies, products and services at reduced or near-zero costs.
  3. Expand the collaboration between groups to be aware of and recommend services supported by another agency or group.  

To these ends, SG & Associates is forming alliances between and across the various sectors of profit and non-profit to provide a combination of marketing, PR, services, products, training and general well-being. That end includes an initial complement of priority needs, such as toiletries, school supplies, and various avenues for people to obtain available resources.  

Included in the efforts are various hotels, transportation providers, media and printing providers, event service providers of all ranges, and numerous initial non-profits throughout southern California.    Throughout, the identification and 'profiling' of such resources is critical.
